The location here is great, and you get free parking, which is a bonus.

The staff here were all super nice and professional. I stayed in a quadruple room that had its own bathroom. Having both a shower and bath towels was a nice touch! 🛀

The location was perfect for us to explore the vibrant city of São Paulo. We were within walking distance of the State Pinacoteca and the Municipal Market, where we indulged in delicious street food. And let's not forget the amazing street art we discovered near the Cultural Center. It was like being in an urban art gallery!

The only thing that could have made our stay even more fun for us young party-goers would be if the hotel had organized social events or offered recommendations for nightlife hotspots. We had to do our own research and ask around, but it would have been awesome to have a dedicated concierge or a nightlife guide.

While the amenities at B&B were generally good, the air conditioning in the room was not as powerful as expected. It didn't cool the room adequately, leading us to open the window for some relief.

The Charm of Hasselt is also based on the mix between the traditional architecture of the alleys or religious monuments such as St Quentin's Cathedral in Hasselt or the Abbey of Herkenrode. Exploring the narrow alleys felt like stepping into a fairytale, with charming buildings and hidden gems waiting to be discovered. The beauty of the architecture and the peacefulness of the surroundings made it a truly enchanting experience.
